Parts do not fit, Franke has a poor website to find parts. No way to contact them. Called Chicago to confirm fit, was confirmed and ordered. Now we stuck with $250+ in parts that Chicago Faucet Shoppe will not take back, even with a stocking fee. Unacceptable.
