Faucet works very smoothly now,
The Franke faucet works very smoothly and easily now, once I had learned how to remove the cap that holds onto the old cartridge. It had corroded on tight and vinegar was suggested, but a strap wrench finally got it loose and ready to be replaced. Well worth the trouble!

Franke Faucet
We notified Franke of the problem we were having with our faucet. They did offer the part to repair it, but stated it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Fortunately, Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part in stock and it arrived in three days. Without their excellent service our faucet would have been unrepairable and trashed. Thank you for exceptional service.
