Franke F0805 NYLON MESH SPRAY HOSE ALTERNAT

The spray hose on my older and discontinued Franke faucet needed to be replaced. It was impossible to find a replacement anywhere locally and then I was told to contact Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They had exactly what I needed and, once ordered, it arrived in just a couple of days. My plumber was able to install it without any problems. I'm thankful that I didn't have to go to the expense of having to replace the entire faucet. Highly recommend!!

Of course disaster always happens on weekends and holidays. Our hose to our kitchen faucet sprayer faulted and leaked under the cabinet. Tried finding the hose at our local big box stores but to no avail. This was for a Frankie faucet and they don’t carry them. Went online and found several places. Chicago Faucet had the most reviews and had a great reputation. So I put the order in but on the website it had stated that it was a holiday week ( Christmas to New Years) and orders wouldn’t be processed until Monday. That was alright. Got an email on Monday that the order was processed. It arrived Wednesday….! Great service.., the hose fit perfectly. Everything is up and running.

Replacement part fit perfectly - Great Service

Chicago Faucet was excellent in filling an order very quickly and getting the part to us. We were without a kitchen sink, and the part that I needed was as simple fix. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and the part arrived on Monday morning ahead of schedule.

We had an older Franke kitchen faucet that was leaking at the connection to the pull out spray head. We emailed Franke for a parts diagram to help identify what part was needed and the name of their parts distributors. One of the recommended vendors was Chicago Faucet. I called them and requested customer tech support to verify the mesh spray hose part number. The tech informed me that the original F0801 hose had been replaced with the F0805 hose so I ordered that one. I was happy there was a replacement for the older faucet. However, when I received the F0805 hose it had a much different connector to the supply hose than the 801 original and did not work. I emailed Chicago Faucet and requested to return the incorrect hose. I sent it back several days ago for a refund. We ended up replacing the whole Franke faucet and ended up with another brand. Chicago Faucet was good about understanding the need for the return.
