Franke kitchen fauced spray head
We had remodeled our kitchen in mid 2019. We instaled a Franke Bern pull down faucet (not purchased from Chicago Faucet Shoppe). Unfortunately, the spray head failed after about 18 months, the flow was extremely restricted. We got a replacement from the manufacturer, and this one failed before two years, having developed leaks around the mode selector diaphragm. After a thorough search on the internet, I came across Chicago Faucet Shoppe, who had it at a very fair price. I placed the order, and it arrived soon after. This sprayhead works very well.
