The seal kit o’ ring and seal worked perfectly. No more leaks. But the price of the seal kit, $24.70 is excessive, and the cost of shipping $11.69 for an item weighing less than on ounce was exorbitant. You should be able to do better if you are to continue to be the “go to” company for quality products.

Parts were received on the date that I was quoted when I placed my order. All parts worked fine with no more leaks.

I really thought my faucet was a goner as a plumber that I called said that it was not repairable and I needed a new one. Easier said than done! My faucet is no longer made. I contacted Franke, they told me the part I needed and I found it cheaper at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. My husband was able to fix the faucet with the parts received.
