I contacted Franke and they provided me Chicago Faucet’s phone number as Franke no longer made the aerator sleeve for my kitchen faucet. I told the salesperson my model number ATM 470 and she provided the part number. Upon receipt, the sleeve did not work. I called and was told to email Customer Service. After exchanging several photos and emails, I was informed the part was wrong and the correct part is no longer available. For my trouble and no fault of my own, I can return the part paying shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Not Happy!

The Customer Service Rep was very knowledgeable and had one part in stock and ordered the other from Franke. It took about a week and I was informed I could pick up my order. All was handled exceptionally well including an inquiry about a shower head. Great place, but get there early, it is quite busy!
