I originally contacted Franke requesting a replacement for the spray head attachment. Franke did not have the part since the faucet is no longer in production. I contacted Chicago faucet shoppe and the contact person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. CFS didn’t have the brushed chrome spray head, however, they had the chrome style. Extremely happy with CFS.
