Great customer service and follow-up.
Customer Service staff were very responsive in dealing with actual delivery date v. promised delivery date. There was amble warning on the Chicago Faucet website about supply chain challenges occasioned by Covid - 19. Part is a like-kind replacement for a 30 year old bath drain. Its availability saved the day!
