I have an older Hansgrohe shower and needed a new handle and adapter. Chicago Faucet had great prices so went with them. When I called, the service rep said they were back ordered 2 weeks (the shower was operational, just couldn't adjust the temp). The parts arrived after 2 weeks just as promised. Perfect fit and the shower is fully operational again.
