I have used Chicago Faucet before for many things and have always had success. This was one of those unfortunate times that things didn't quote work out as I had planned. I ordered the parts and got a confirmation but a few days later an e-mail arrived saying that the parts were out of stock and it would take about a month. Sure enough it did take that long but I did eventually receive the parts and everything is good now!
