What product?
Ordered the product online and 2 weeks later I requested status of the order since my credit card had been charged the day after I ordered the handles. There was no notice that the handles were not in stock or they were backordered, or not available, or any potential delays during my check out. The customer service rep advised me the handles were just received at their facility and would be shipped out shortly. Another week goes by and still no product, so I disputed the charge on my credit card and the next day I get a call telling me they shipped the product but since I submitted a dispute on the credit card charge, they had the shipment returned to them. Customer service? They rationalized they were a small business and as such the charges hit my credit card immediately. I explained that I am a very small business (an individual who operates on a budget) and I tend not to pay for product or services until such time as they are provided.
