First, a big 'Thank You' to Kohler for putting item numbers on their parts. When our hanging mirror fell and popped off the faucet handle, I was able to look up the broken part number online. Second, 'Thank You' to Chicago Faucet Shoppe for carrying the part I needed. Once I was able to remove the broken extension stem, the new one fit in perfectly and we now have hot water again. My one complaint is that the part cost $2, and shipping was $8 and took over a week. Guess I've been spoiled by the move to free and fast shipping.
