CFS turned this order ( Kohler 1372972 Mixer & Pbu Kit) around on their end with extreme efficiency. They got me exactly what I needed out the door within a couple hours in an overnight package. Regarding the Shoppe, it’s 5 star. The product came on time and I was able to make my repair. Regarding Kohler, it’s 4 star because 2 things missing (within the sealed Kohler packet) were the silicon lubricant and instructions to limit the water temperature. Fortunately I had lubricant and was able to cobble together the instructions from online similar products.

Ordered a new Kohler Value to replace the leaky one on our 20 year old Kohler shower faucet. The valve was delivered within 7 days. That's pretty good as I live in Hawaii. The product came with all the necessary rubber gaskets and parts and was simple enough to install.
