Excellent service and product
I was unable to find a replacement for our 20-year-old kitchen pull-out spray/stream nozzle until I stumbled upon Chicago Faucet Shoppe in my online search. The Customer Service agent was knowledgable and courteous and directed me to the correct nozzle which I ordered on the CFS website. It arrived in San Francisco in just a few days, was easy to install, matches our old stainless steel faucet perfectly, and works beautifully! We're very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Very happy with my purchase. The folks at Chicago Faucet Supply guided me to the sprayhead model that would work with my faucet. It arrived a few days after I ordered online. It's been installed and works perfectly.

Works great and great customer service!
Great replacement part for our 2008 faucet. Chicago faucet super helpful with what to get. And much cheaper than replacing the faucet. Wish we hadn't supper with the dripping and lack of pressure for six months!

Knowledgeable customer service specialists
My sprayed leaked and KWC no longer made this part, but referred me to Chicago Faucet Shoppe. I spoke to Angelina Rosa, a Customer Service rep, who researched and found the part I needed. It arrived at my house by mail the same week. I had a little trouble getting the old spray head removed, so called customer service again and got very helpful (and knowledgeable advice) and was able to change out the old for the new. The replacement part works mostly as it should, but not quite. When the faucet is turned on initially, the head is meant to produce just a small stream of water, rather than a full spray. My old spearheads always performed this way. This head gets stuck on spray, so I have to jimmy the top button one way if I want just the normal stream. I think others mentioned this in their reviews as well. Is there a way to fix this replacement spray head so it performs as it should each time the water is turned on? I would give 5 stars but for this issue.

Spray head function
This brand new spray head is having the same sticking problem as my old one. When spray button is used then water is turned off, the button is supposed to pop up so that the normal water stream resumes when the faucet is turned on again. The button sticks, which is what my old unit was doing! Can you do anything?!
