Had a 20 year old KWC faucet head that needed replacing but I couldn't identify the model. Sent a picture and they told me the old part was no longer available but there was a newer replacement part. I ordered it but it was on back order. They actually called me to say they were getting it in and it would ship shortly. Who has an actual person call to give an update on an order anymore? The replacement sprayhead for our 15 year old faucet was a perfect match despite our concern regarding the color... The original color was called "brushed nickel", while the replacement was called "stainless steel". Matched perfectly. Responsiveness to my numerous inquiries and delivery were outstanding. Original KWC sprayhead was leaking; model discontinued. What to do? Referred to CFS by manufacturer. Helpful; guided me through ordering. Replacement arrived on time; matched existing base. Best part: fits perfectly and operates better than the original. Sounds silly, but it makes washing dishes kinda like fun.
