KWC Z.502.844.700 flex metal hose L1075 to spray, steel, 1/2"x1/2"

Called mid-day a day and a half before Thanksgiving as my KWC Systema faucet started leaking from the flex metal hose. Given that I was hosting Thanksgiving, I absolutely needed to get a replacement. The woman in customer care that I worked with understood my situation, worked with me over the phone to ensure that I ordered the correct product, and rushed my order out to the guys in the warehouse. With next day shipping, my OEM KWC flex metal hose arrived around noon the next day. With about 15 minutes of work, my faucet was up and running again. My Thanksgiving holiday was a hit thanks to the amazing people at Chicago Faucet Shoppe! Thank you to everyone involved!

I had a tricky situation finding a replacement hose for a discontinued faucet. The service rep just had me snap a quick photo and guided me to what i needed. I'd been trying to figure it out for a week and he resolved my problem in 5 minutes, and even bothered to educate me on pipe thread nomenclature. Superb service.
