I purchased the KWC Ono Highflex spray nozzle to fix a leak. The part was sent, but the directions indicated that a special tool was needed for installation, which Chicago Faucet Shoppe wanted to charge $50 with shipping. Ridiculous that this wasn't communicated and ridiculous they wanted to charge $50!
