KWC Z.535.844.000 kitchen spray KWC LUNA A225, chrome

I was looking for a replacement spray head and the only provider in Canada was more than twice the price. CFS answered my question about whether it would fit and then shipped it with no issues. Problem solved and faucet works like new.

Sent photo to support who said they were closed for a few days. Well to my surprise I got an email that night with a suggestion. Tried the suggestion but it didn’t work. Next suggestion was to replace the end of the tap with the part no. Needed. Ordered the part & it arrived in a few days. Tap now works great. Wonderful service & great support.

I have a 13-year-old KWC faucet that developed a handset leak that seems common among that model. KWC doesn’t make replacement EDGE handsets any more, but this LUNA handset looks and works almost identically to the original. My observant wife didn’t even spot the difference except for noticing that the leak was gone. Chicago Faucet Shoppe did a great job of shipping it safely and quickly, too. Thumbs up!

I was thrilled to discover that I could purchase a ‘new’ spray nozzle for my kitchen sink. It’s been fifteen years since we completed our remodel and really like the KWC Luna faucet and I did not want to replace the whole unit. The nozzle arrived timely and was easily installed, it’s like having a new faucet!

Tech support solved my problem, determined part to fit existing.

I had a kitchen faucet that started to drip. I found the pamphlet for the faucet, and as is often the case, it was more confusing than helpful. With Chicago Faucet's help, I found out that I could buy a part rather than a whole new faucet. The brochure showed all components in that part, but I was happy to learn that everything I needed was included in the part.

This is the second time I have ordered with CFS and, again, I'm impressed by how simple it is to do business with them, find the parts I need, and get them shipped at a reasonable price within a reasonable time. The part was in perfect condition.
