Hard-to-find parts--No problem
My KWC kitchen faucet been discontinued by manufacturer. I needed a unique replacement part. I scoured the internet vendors. Then found Chicago Faucet Shoppe. The nice folks there did the legwork and was able to obtain it and for a fair price. Excellent customer service reps.
