The circular plunger used to change water flow to a spray fell off in the first twenty four hours. While not a big deal to re attach the part (maybe using some chewing gum), it does make me wonder just how much this $173 part actually cost you folks.

My KWC pullout kitchen faucet is at least 16 years old. The aerator portion wore out and I suspect a part of it went down the garbage disposal. Chicago Faucet Shoppe couldn't replace my pretty dark blue pull out, but they could replace it with a chrome to match the faucet. I had my documentation and requested a part #. They asked for a photo to confirm, and sent the part very quickly.

I needed to replace the aerator on my 20 year old Franke faucet. The faucet was in excellent condition and I saw no need to replace the entire faucet. Unfortunately, I did not know the part number of the aerator I was trying to replace. I spent hours on the internet researching where I could find the replacement. I came across the name of Chicago Faucet Shoppe on one of my searches. I called them. I was profoundly impressed by the quality of service they provided me. The representative I spoke with said it was a very old faucet and may be very difficult to find the replacement part. However, he said send me a photo of the faucet and the aerator I wanted to replace and he would research it. I did. The next day I received an email informing me he was able to locate the part I needed. I placed an order with him and in five days I had the replacement part in my hands. I found the replacement for an older kitchen sink spray handle to my surprise. Excellent source for some older valves I needed parts for. They were shipped out the next day !!

Although KWC no longer sells its product line in the U.S. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had this sprayer in stock. In fact, it was the upgraded version of the one that was part of original set purchased 15 years ago. Even more interesting is the fact that this updated version was approximately $60 less expensive than the one it replaced. Five stars for Chicago Faucet Shoppe.
