I prefer the shiny black finish versus the brushed black finish

Saved me from replacing a 1600 dollar faucet. Chicago faucet saved the bacon. Great e communications and clear shipping The threads are different to even the other KWC faucet I have in the laundry. I scoured amazon and could find things that looked identical but all had incompatible connections.

I was looking for a replacement black matte head for a circa 2008-09 KWC faucet. The original head was 4” long which has been discontinued. I emailed Chicago Faucet Shoppe asking their advice. The next day I received a reply and recommendation to go with the longer version, which is about 7”. It fit perfectly.
