After eye balling and buying the wrong item from another vendor, I did my research, but found that none of the mainstream vendors had what I needed. Chicago faucet shoppe was the only one with exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price.

The Moen faucet head, model 162469SRS did not improve our water flow from the faucet. We would like to get a full refund for the product after we ship it out to you. I called Chicago faucet and talked to someone right away. I emailed a picture of my faucet and the gentleman identified it right away. I called as the shop was closing and they still helped me. The next morning my item shipped and I received it three days later. I love there customer service and the knowledge of their products.
