I didn't have a big order. I needed a new aerator for a faucet I purchased from one of the Big Box stores. I had been searching for the replacement for months at ALL the Big Box stores as well as many small stores. Having exhausted all the online possibilities I somehow stumbled upon Chicago Faucet. What a great experience. My initial contact with Customer Support did not immediately elicit a solution to my problem. However the lovely young lady referred me to their Tech Support Advisor and I couldn't be more happy with his response. He researched my problem, advised what I needed and answered all my questions. Bravo! Received my parts and I couldn't be more happy with this Company. Highly recommend.

Web site helped with getting the correct replacement item for our sinks. Product cost was realistic and the shipping cost was normal. Over all service time worked for us but may be lengthy if you had urgently need to fix a sink.
