We have a Mr. Steam towel warmer that is no longer manufactured, so was very happy to find a heating element for it from the Faucet Shoppe. Order was handled quickly, and communication was good when I asked for status. The part arrived in good condition, and with good installation instructions provided. Glad to have our towel warmer back in service again!
