I was looking for a specific make and model # for my cartridge that need to be replaced. Chicago Faucet was the only one that offered it for sale. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. This tells me they offer good products with great service!

We ordered a cartridge for an old filter faucet. Customer service responded to our question with expectations on timing, since it needed to be ordered. The part was delivered as predicted, even on the early side of the window, in new condition. Unfortunately the old cartridge is cemented by too many years of LA hard water minerals, so we have to replace the faucet, but this is not Chicagofaucetshoppe.com's fault. We would use the company again.

Got my order really quick and was able to get the job done sooner than expected! Will not hesitat to use Chicago Faucet Shoppe in the future.
