Works great so far. The only difference is that the stem is slightly longer (1 or 2 mm), but it doesn't affect the operation.

The Chicago Faucet Shoppe listed a Paini 2TCC959 cartridge under the Latoscana trademark. After ordering it for the Latoscana Water Harmony, I found it was a cheap substitute that did not fit. I contacted the manufacturer and got the answer: The Paini 2TCC959 cartridge fits the Latoscana Water Harmony. I suggest not purchasing them on the internet. We do not out source our parts. We keep them in house only. Some online retailers list a 2TCC959 however, they are not the same. When I returned it to CFS, they declined to waive the restocking fee because they said it was my error. I think they should be held accountable for infringement of the Lacostana trademark.

I emailed Chicago Faucet Shoppe with a plumbing issue that they helped confirm could be resolved with a certain valve. I ordered the valve, installed it myself, and it worked great! Despite some reviews that LaToscana valves aren't reliable, this replacement one (old one stopped giving hot water after 15 years) did the trick!

Extensive inventory. Great website. I easily found a thermostatic cartridge that I was looking for the last 6 months. It was easily identified as the correct part and was delivered quickly. I recommend Chicago faucets highly for supplies and fixtures.
