The product, I ordered fully met my expectations. The Chicago Faucet Shoppe provided good service. I would have rated the service as excellent except that there was a slight delay in having them ship the product. The order status on-line showed as waiting shipping for about 10 days. I called a CS rep who explained that the item was not in stock an needed to be sourced from their supplier. If the on-line order status had shown as back ordered with an estimated shipping date, I would not have had to make a call.
