On 1 May 2023, I ordered a small part for a Pfister faucet, the part was shipped on 18 May 2023. The part was shipped by Federal Express, and traveled from Skokie, Illinois to Chicago, Ill. FedEx Dist. Center . Instead of being shipped to its destination Crete, Ill. The package was sent to a Federal Express facility in Kernerville NC, from there the package traveled to Greenwood,Ind. on 20 May 3023, where it has remained for 12 days. The package has yet to be delivered. So Far 32 Days. Please Help.
