Needed some O-Rings for a 2004 Pfister faucet set and was able to match up to these. Received within a week and part fit perfectly.

All too convenient that these are non refundable. Especially with outrageous shipping costs. Product is defective.

The faucet is 15 yrs old and of course the o-rings are unique size and thickness. I searched locally for these with no luck. Online search turned up 2 suppliers and Chicago was 3 times cheaper. This was a worry since I'd not used them before. Did a bit more looking into them and then ordered. They kept me well informed on shipment. O-Rings were perfect match and solved my problem leak. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend them.
