Chicago was the only supplier that had the hose….faucet manufacturer couldn’t supply or direct me to a supplier. Thanks for the help!

Was the only place I could find that stocked a pfister faucet pull out hose. No longer available at pfister, price was great, shipment to Canada was speedy. Ended up buying 2 hoses to have one as a spare. Will definitely be my first place to look for any plumbing parts I require going forward. Thanks Chicago Faucet Shoppe!

Outstanding service and value.

The hose on my adult daughter's Price Pfister pull-out faucet had developed a leak and I got the familiar, semi-pleading "Daddy?" phone call. Local vendors didn't carry an exact fit replacement and the universal one-size-fits-all hose I bought at a big box store did not fit, as her discontinued faucet model was apparently manufactured in a different universe. Enter Chicago Faucet Shoppe, from whom I've purchased items before and for whom I've long had a saved link tucked away in my web browser. It took a while, but the genuine Price Pfister replacement part finally arrived and fit like a glove. Easy peasy!

One of maybe two shops that sells this hose replacement I needed, which was easy to order and the customer service was nice too. They answered my questions about my order nicely and in a timely manner.

The hose I purchased was not the correct model, the type I needed was threaded on the outside of the black connector to sprayer . I am disappointed and frustrated, this is the second hose that I’ve bought. Can I just return this item?

Found the exact replacement quick detach faucet hose at Chicago Faucet Shoppe, could not find it anywhere else online. Found the part number on Pfister site but they didn’t have the part. Customer service was awesome when I called to get update on shipment. Thank you Chicago Faucet Shoppe!!!
