You sent me the wrong product. I called and politely explained your mistake. Your tech called me and told me I was wrong. I invited him to come to Texas and show me how to put a square peg in a round hole. He said he would send me a shipping return label and refund my money. He did that, I sent your product back, and I have Proof of Delivery. You have not refunded my money
