Pfister 974-155 CART COLD 049-SER

I ordered these on June 11. I just received them this past week. When I ordered them they didn't tell me they were out of stock. I had to call to find out after I didn't hear anything for like a week and thought I was scammed. I was told 10 to 15 businesses days. I finally received the parts, that in the pictures showed they are metal and when the parts arrived they were cheap plastic. I figured ok whatever my dad is disabled and needed the faucet he could reach. I wasn't about to have to wait another month. Call the plumber get him to house installs the parts and water shoots out the top of the faucet. The plumber literally spent 3 hours trying to fix this stupid part and couldn't. Needless to say we ended up parting the old broken pieces together to make something work cause I didn't even want to call and deal with the customer service anymore. So I cut my losses and bought them some place else.
