poor delivery and communication ratings
I ordered a mixer valve on 5/24/21. While the charge went through immediately, the order failed to show up. After a few weeks and submitted 2 different inquiries through the website's email portal. Still no response. Finally, I contacted CFS customer service through which I was advised that the order was held up awaiting parts at the manufacturer. and would likely take a few more weeks to fill. Apparently, it was too much trouble for CFS to contact & update me about the delay. I will say the customer service rep, Angelina, was very courteous in digging up the status of the order. However, it shouldn't have taken 3 inquiries to get that information. I finally received the product on July 26th - more than 2 months from the order date. Not a pleasant experience.
