Tech support helped me identify the correct cartridge for my faucet and it fixed our problem. The only issue was delivery time - almost two weeks after I ordered it. Maria in customer service told me that is because it was not in stock and suggested next time around check to see if CFS has the item in stock before placing an order. Lesson learned.
