Thanks for your product pages and good shipping... But I had a problem buying a particular Rohl faucet handspray. I have the original product number but when I searched on CFShoppe, a couple apparently identical items came up. (I think I chatted or talked to someone to pick the correct one.) Anyway, the one that was shipped looks identical to the existing pull down handspray, but the screw that connects it to the flexible hose is different. It's smaller in diameter and won't attach. I need to find a new hose that will fit the new handspray at a hardware store or get into a discussion and return process with CFShoppe. Thanks again for your help --
